Every novice, intermediate or even advanced c0mputer USER always wants their Computer System to be completely safe at working and have a completely tweaked desktop environment according to their privileges.
For their needs of securing their machine they may install several types of SECURITY PRODUCTS like Antivirus Software, AntiSpyware Software, Adware Removers, Startup Cops, Pop-Up Cops, Firewalls, Parental Controllers, etc. which are very Advanced at their working and very highly priced.
But they forget to tweak the basic security features of their Machine that can be very easily used to unload all the weaponry of the Machine & use it as desired. For an example, most of the well acclaimed and highly priced Parental Control applications can be very easily removed using the Task Manager to end their process, and many more such cases are there.
So, we needed an application that can be used to SECURE the SYSTEM at BASICS. So that the ADVANCED SECURITY SYSTEM CAN BE PREVENTED TO FAIL.
There are several Desktop Enhancement products for things like Wallpaper Rotations, Theme Changer, etc. but there are not easily found applications for TWEAKS LIKE changing the default names of My Computer, My Documents, etc. or change the IE title Text, Background Image of Explorer & LOGON Screen.
And most of such application when installed needs to be always in System Processes.
So, we needed an application to TWEAK the very less common DESKTOP TWEAKING FEATURES and not to get attached to the StartUp or AlwaysRun list.
